Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original tags (if applicable)
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Incorrect
  • Missing parts

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to request a return for the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement item.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
